Method 1: Reset Password Using Microsoft Account (Most Common)

Steps:

  1. On another device, open this page:

  2. Select I forgot my password.
  3. Enter the email address you use to sign in to your computer.

  1. Complete the identity verification.

Microsoft may send a code through:
